Our Delivery Policy

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery Areas: We deliver across all 36 states in Nigeria, including Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Kano, Ibadan, and more.
• Shipping Methods:
  • ✅ Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days (₦1,500 flat rate, free on orders ₦25,000+)
  • ✅ Express Delivery: Next-day or same-day (within Port Harcourt metro) — ₦3,500
  • ✅ Courier Partners: GIG Logistics, RedStar Express, andbell (for select zones)
• Tracking: You’ll receive an SMS/email with tracking number once your order ships. Track via our website or courier portal.
• Order Cancellation: Requests accepted only before dispatch (within 1 hour of order placement).
• Damaged/Missing Items: Notify us within 24 hours of delivery — we’ll replace or refund promptly.
